In compliance with Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the following identifying details of the provider are made available to users of ULOX Business.

ULOX Business is a service line of ULOX, operated by the same entity and from the same infrastructure. For the purposes of these documents, EUROPEAN DIGITAL STORES, S.L. is referred to interchangeably as "EDS", the "Provider" or "we".

3. Business line domains and applications

4. Intellectual and industrial property
The ULOX and ULOX Business trade marks, their logos, interface design, software and documentation belong to EUROPEAN DIGITAL STORES, S.L. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without written authorisation is prohibited.
Customer trade marks, trade names and logos displayed within their own workspaces belong to those customers; their use in the Service implies no assignment in favour of EDS.
5. Responsibility for content
ULOX Business operates on a blind server model: the content of each workspace travels and is stored end-to-end encrypted, with EDS holding no keys and having no technical ability to access it. Consequently, EDS does not know, monitor or have the ability to monitor such content, whose lawfulness rests entirely with the customer that owns the workspace, under the Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use Policy.
The foregoing is without prejudice to EDS's obligations as an intermediary service provider and its cooperation with the competent authorities as legally required.
