ULOX Business legal documents
ULOX Business is operated by EUROPEAN DIGITAL STORES, S.L. (Spain, European Union) and contracted business to business. These documents form the complete agreement. If your organisation is considering the service, start with the Terms and with the clause on loss of information: it explains what each party takes on.
Terms of Service
The main agreement: workspace onboarding, credential custody, backups, allocation of the risk of information loss, warranties and liability limits.
Data Processing Addendum (DPA)
Article 28 GDPR. Your company is the controller and we are the processor. Includes security measures and the subprocessor list.
Business Privacy Policy
What we process as controllers (contract, billing, support, security) and what we cannot see by design. Includes information for employees.
Acceptable Use Policy
What the service may not be used for and what happens on breach. Binds the customer company and all its users.
Service Level Agreement
Availability target, maintenance, exclusions and support. A best-efforts commitment, not an obligation of result.
Legal Notice
Provider identification, official contact channels, Business line domains and intellectual property.
Reporting, blocking and who to write to
ULOX Business encrypts content on the device and the server is blind: we cannot read what is said inside, so we do not moderate content. What does exist — inside the business app too — is the mechanism for a person to act: in a conversation, the «⋯» menu → «Report user» (reporting also blocks the reported user), and Settings → Blocked to review and undo blocks. The documents below set out the procedure, the deadlines and the appeal, and they apply to ULOX Business exactly as they do to personal ULOX: a report goes through the same channel and is handled by the same team.

Minors Policy
Minimum age, protection of minors and the procedure for removing underage accounts. Top priority in the reporting channel.
Published abuse contact: abuse@ulox.org for content, conduct and security reports, and law-enforcement@ulox.org for formal requests from authorities. Misuse of the service by a customer or its users: Acceptable Use Policy.
What to know before you buy: ULOX Business encrypts content on the user's device and we keep no keys. That means nobody — us included — can recover your information if your organisation loses its passwords and recovery phrases. It is the trade-off for nobody being able to read it. Before contracting, read clause 4 and clause 11 of the Terms, and prepare your internal credential custody policy.
