Legal Notice
Informational translation. The legally binding version is the Spanish original, available at /legal/aviso-legal.html. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version shall prevail.
In compliance with Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), as well as the rest of the applicable international regulations regarding information to users, the following identification details of the owner of the website and the service are made available to visitors and users of the ULOX service.

For the purposes of this document, ITRION SOFTWARE, S.L. shall be referred to indistinctly as "ITRION", "the operator", "the service provider" or "we/us". The ULOX service, including its domains and applications, shall be referred to as "the Service" or "ULOX".

Postal contact shall be sent to the registered address indicated in section 1, addressed to "ITRION SOFTWARE, S.L. — Legal Department / ULOX". Legal communications by electronic means to legal@ulox.org are also accepted, except where regulations require a specific channel.
3. Domains and applications
The ULOX Service is provided through the following digital assets, all owned by or managed by ITRION SOFTWARE, S.L.:
- ulox.org — corporate site, informational page and legal portal.
- ulox.app — progressive web application (PWA) of the service.
- api.ulox.app — programmatic interface (API) backing the application.
- Native applications for iOS and Android distributed through the official Apple App Store and Google Play stores, when available.
- Defensive domains with no own content: ulox.cloud, ulox.es, ulox.online, ulox.store, which redirect to the main domain.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
All content of the Service, including, by way of example and without limitation: texts, images, photographs, graphics, videos, animations, source code, object code, graphic design, navigation structure, databases, trademarks, trade names, logos and other distinctive signs, is the exclusive property of ITRION SOFTWARE, S.L. or of third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property regulations.
"ULOX" and the ULOX iso and logo are trademarks and distinctive signs being registered or registered by ITRION SOFTWARE, S.L. Their unauthorised use shall constitute an infringement giving rise to the corresponding legal actions.
The reproduction, distribution, public communication, making available, transformation or any other form of exploitation, in whole or in part, of the Service's content without prior, express and written authorisation from ITRION SOFTWARE, S.L. is expressly prohibited, except in legally provided cases (quotation, private use, etc.) or where it concerns content generated by the user themselves in their encrypted private communication, over which only the user retains control.
5. Hyperlinks and links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or resources that ITRION SOFTWARE, S.L. does not control. ITRION is not responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, availability or privacy practices of such third-party sites or resources. The user accesses them under their sole responsibility.
The establishment of a hyperlink from another website to ULOX does not imply the existence of any relationship between ITRION and the owner of that other site, nor the acceptance or approval by ITRION of its content or services.
6. Conditions of use of the Service
Use of the Service is governed by the Terms and Conditions of Use, the Privacy Policy, the Community Rules and other legal documents accessible from the Legal Center. Reading and accepting them are a mandatory requirement for registration and use of the Service.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed, with respect to its validity, effectiveness, interpretation and execution, by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from it, the parties submit, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, to the Courts and Tribunals of the domicile of the Service owner (Madrid, Spain), all without prejudice to the inalienable rights that mandatory regulations recognise to the consumer user in their country or region of habitual residence.
8. Modifications
ITRION SOFTWARE, S.L. reserves the right to modify, update or complete this Legal Notice at any time, publishing the current version in this same section of the website and recording the date of the latest revision. Any modification shall enter into force from the moment of its publication.
